Providing seniors with nutritious, well-balanced meals is vital to helping them maintain their health. But equally important is providing them with the resources they need to maintain a healthy physical and social life. That's why we offer a wide variety of programs -- both in person and online -- that allow them to connect with other seniors and exercise their bodies and minds.
Our calendar of programs includes daily activities, ongoing activities and one-time activities that change each month. The programs are open to all seniors, and everyone is encouraged to participate.
