Home Delivered Meals

BRINGING NUTRITIOUS FOOD TO HOMEBOUND SENIORS

Our flagship program reaches seniors in 13 counties. From our restaurant-grade kitchen and distribution facility, we produce and deliver 4,600 meals per day, five days a week.

We offer seniors a diverse menu of nutritious meal choices, including seven therapeutic meal options that meet special health needs. Our seniors have the ability to track their meal delivery with real-time updates via email as well.

CUSTOMIZABLE MEAL CHOICE

We tailor seniors' meal deliveries to meet their tastes, needs and schedules, including:

  • Diabetic-, cardiac- and renal-friendly menus
  • Gluten-free and mechanically altered meals
  • Preferred milk variety
  • Preferred bread variety
  • Preferred snack box combination
  • Preferred delivery frequency

In addition to self-producing meals in our kitchen, we partner with Five Star Food Service and locally owned LaSoupe to expand our meal options.

VIEW MENUS

MORE THAN A MEAL

When our drivers make deliveries, they deliver much more than a meal. Oftentimes, our drivers or volunteers provide the only social interaction a senior may have for a few days at a time. Their interactions create meaningful social connections and often lead to engaging conversations that combat feelings of loneliness.

Likewise, our drivers are able to provide welfare checks to ensure seniors are safe and have their basic needs met. They are trained to look out for malfunctioning home utilities, health or wellness concerns, unsafe living conditions and other challenges. If the driver spots something amiss, they report the concern to our social and protective services team who can investigate the issue and work towards solutions.

WINTER WEATHER FOOD BOXES

Winter weather can hit all of us hard, but it’s especially harsh—and in some cases dangerous—on our older neighbors. Snow, ice and the bitter cold can trap them inside their homes, making them even more vulnerable to the challenges of hunger and isolation. Many spend the entire season behind closed doors.

In months leading up to winter, we assemble emergency food boxes for seniors that contain shelf-stable items. We ensure these boxes are delivered well in advance of a winter storm along with their weekly meal deliveries. These additions give our seniors peace of mind when an impending winter storm is predicted.
