We’re Joining Forces to Enhance Our Services to Seniors
Cincinnati Area Senior Services (CASS) and Meals on Wheels Southwest OH & Northern KY have become one organization. This will position us to provide the best possible services for many years. All of our programs and services will be continued. Our organizations have remarkable similarities, including our main missions -- to help seniors live independently and thrive. Together, we have over 135 years of service to seniors. The merged organization will be called “Meals on Wheels Southwest OH & Northern KY” because of the strong, positive recognition of the Meals on Wheels brand.
In the new organization, Jennifer Steele, the current CEO of Meals on Wheels Southwest OH & Northern KY, will serve as CEO, while Tracey Collins, the current CEO of CASS, will serve as the Chief Integration Officer, ensuring that merger of both organizations' staff and operations results in the best outcomes for seniors. The board of the new organization will be chaired by Dan Driehaus, who currently chairs the CASS board, and the vice chair of the new board will be Mike Murphy, who currently serves as board chairman of Meals on Wheels Southwest OH & Northern KY.
